Daily Devotions For a Year
This book provides Christian devotions for each day of a calendar year. Each devotion consists of a Bible reading reference, a selection of several verses from the reading (in the Good News Bible), some brief thoughts on the passage, and a short prayer.
The Bible readings are continuous, taking the reader through a number of books of the Bible during the year. The devotion writers' thoughts are life-related and centred on the message of God's love for people shown in Jesus Christ.
