Spirituality for Today's Baby Boomers
This book grew out of the desire to reflect on the significance of being one of the boomer generation. While there have always been differences between one generation and another, the boomer generation stands out as particularly notable. The circumstances of the formative years of the boomer generation post World War II marriage boom, economic prosperity, the development of rock music and youth culture, and the back drop of the Cold War and the threat of nuclear war, were unprecedented. These led to a generation with expectations concerning life that were different not only from those of their parents' generation but different from those of their children also.
