This leadership guide describes how to cultivate reconciliation as a lifestyle in the family, church, school, workplace and community. It summarizes basics of biblical peacemaking and Christian reconciliation. It also provides practical direction for establishing a ministry of reconciliation, through which reconcilers teach peacemaking, coach individuals with conflict, mediate between parties and arbitrate disputes.
